Went to dinner with my family and friends this evening here and it was pretty good for a chain! Our waitress was awesome she can have five stars any day of the week from me she was great and the service was fantastic! The manager came around to check how everything was which I love when owners/managers are involved and working it shows they Really do care! I had the chicken tortilla soup- wasn't a huge fan but it was ok ! I also ordered the Carolina chicken salad and I was happy they let me substitute for just spinach and not lettuce so that made the experience even better for me! The salad was huge and so good! There was tons of toppings and lots of chicken! Everyone had something Different and everyone seemed to clear their plate so with that I assume it was tasty! My dad mentioned quite a few times that his steak was awesome and even better then the one he had the other week from a steak house so I know he enjoyed his meal tonight! I was also a fan of the fact that they had "new" to their menu angry orchard cider :) yum! I think that ruby Tuesday is definitely priced well for the amount of food you get and the service was very good tonight !

Ordered the chicken and ribs and was extremely disappointed. The ribs were rubber. Sent them back to get another half rack of ribs and they sent me out another rack that was rubber. Server and Mgr was real cool about the situation and offered me something else. I chose the salad bar. It's hard to mess that up, right? Wrong...Italian dressing was bad. Bad night overall. btw, don't order frozen beverages...they don't have a blender to make them. $20 at Walmart...invest in one.

Ate lunch there one day. Got a premium burger. Not as good as the one I had in Merritt Island, fl RT. The salad bar was good but small(no potato salad which disappointed me). I asked for butternut squash, they gave me zuchini instead which I like but still...was extremely disappointed also they still no longer have 'smashed cauliflower'. Won't go back too soon. If I do, the salad bar's the reason.

Feels a bit dirty. Salad bar definitely not worth $9.00. Small plate and you can't even eat off of. Service was good. Won't go back

Drinks are varied and delicious. Service is great. Only thing I would do next time when ordering neat ask for temperature b4 the one you actually want. Tend to be more on the well side. Ordered burger med well and it was well.

I love this ruby Tuesday location. We always get seated right away and get excellent service. Even on valentines day with no reservation and the place was overwhelmed with a lot of people, practically a line out the door and then some, we still got seated under 10 minutes and got great service, and food that did not taste or look rushed at all.

Been a minute since we last been here so we decided to swing by and sit at the bar for a few drinks on Wednesday evening. Gotta say Ruby's has certainly stepped up their game. Service was fast and efficient. Fellas behind the bar were very prompt and interactive with us and all the guests sitting at the bar. One thing that really got my attention was that all the employees were smiling and really seemed to enjoy their job there. Props to the management. Which by the way I noticed her table touching every table to make sure all her guests were happy. I have my own restaurant in Tampa so something like that is very important to me. Keep it up guys!

We love it here. Kids eat free on Tuesdays and the food as well as service always impresses and leaves us full and happy. My favorite place to eat with the family.

I haven't been to this restaurant in a long long time. I have to ask myself why? We were greeted immediately and with a smile. (Rare thing nowadays) We asked what they recommended and well they just made us want to order everything. They brought us these small muffins and OMG they were sooooo good! Better than that place that serves fish. We ordered the New Orleans platter and the chicken Poratabella. OMG !!!! My daughter and I was going to share our platters to experience two different meals, however it was so good we only would offer up a bite. It was spot on moist, flavorful and fulling. I enjoyed every minute, every bite. I am disappointed that they don't have more signage to show where there located since there hidden behind a bank, Lowe's and another shopping center. At least billboards to remind us that they are there. This is a little hideaway amazing treat don't miss.

Service was exceptional and the food came out quick. Deducted a star because half the food was lackluster. Mushy spaghetti squash , marinara sauce tasted like the store bought kind , zucchini was inconsistently cooked . Another dish came with all mushy zucchini. It's disappointing because the dish had such potential. Regardless, it did taste decent and both the waitress and manager went above and beyond to make sure that my entree was vegan. I may give this location another visit because I was impressed by the service and the sangria is delicious !

It's decent here. The salad bar is more than I expected, the rolls they serve with your meal are less than I expected. Their chicken bella is yummy, as are their mashed potatoes & spaghetti squash. Service is spotty.

I like Ruby Tuesday. I'm guessing it was a few years ago that I went into one and was surprised to see that they had revamped their design to a more modern look. It was nice. The thing that keeps me coming back is their salad bar. It's not big, but it offers just enough variety to be satisfying. Today I tried their new pretzel burgers. I went with the bacon pretzel burger and added the salad bar on for $2.99. I actually filled up on salad bar and didn't eat my burger until dinner time. The burger was okay. It seems these pretzel buns are the new trend. I've seen them popping up everywhere. I want to like them but so far... I'm not fan. Not to fret though Ruby Tuesday, I'll keep coming back... as long as you keep the salad bar.

Took Mom to lunch today, and when we arrived, it was hoppin. We were seated quite quickly despite the line at the door. Our waitress was quite affable, her smile warm as she took our order. Her service was quick and the food, all but the app, was delicious. I exclude the app, because what we ordered, the tempura green beans, were not served as individual beans dipped in batter, but rather messy clumps that were doughy in some areas and hard to eat/share. Our main courses were quite delicious. I had the chicken breast with bbq sauce and bacon & Cheese, with my sides being roasted zuchiini (SO GOOD!) and green beans. Mom had the soup and salad bar. We even indulged in dessert and coffee.

Table was dirty from previous customer. Crew seems to talk a lot between themselves and little time is spent on cleaning up interior, tables, booth seats. Cleaning up would be a great benefit. Waiter was attentive.

Family went here for dinner. Was very clean, well lit, and very friendly staff. Our waitress Jennifer was so cute and friendly. Our drinks were cold, didn't get appetizers this time. I even ordered a Margarita for myself that was the best I've had in a while. Dad ordered the Asiago steak with green beans and his usual fries. Our son had the Grilled cheese with grapes. I ordered the Half rack of baby back ribs with spaghetti squash and grilled zucchini. Our table was so quiet when we ate, other than us asking each other If we wanted to try the others food. Which isn't often because if mommy doesn't like where we are eating, I'm talking about it the whole time. So save your $$ for a nice night out, good food and great service. We can't wait to go back!
